Painful life events, anxiety, low mood and stress can prevent us from living and relating in a fulfilling way. Perhaps you feel you have no one to turn to. Maybe you feel stuck, unable to see a way forward and don’t want to worry family or loved ones.

Starting therapy can feel daunting. It takes courage. It may feel exposing sharing your private thoughts and feelings with another person. It can also bring relief.

I offer a professional, confidential, safe space for you to talk about what is troubling you, where you feel heard and where you can explore your experiences and begin the process of opening up possibilities for lasting change.
